Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information could result in the immediate deactivation of your account.

We do not sell or share personal data uploaded by users ("Users") while using our Services. EmailVerify may access or utilize Uploaded Data for purposes such as providing customer support, resolving technical issues, collecting statistical insights, enhancing accuracy, or improving the overall viability of our product. Customers may request the deletion of their Uploaded Data from the Emailverify system at any time by contacting our support team at support@emailverify.io.

By creating your account on emailverify.io or by submitting your information through our site or by contacting us, you provide us the consent to:

• Use any emailverify.io logo or trademark without express written permission
• Copy or redistribute any content from the Site
• Create derivative works based on our Services
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Using the Services to verify email addresses that you have acquired illegally or for which you do not have authorization to possess or process.
• Alter, modify, reproduce, or distribute any source or object code, software, or other products, tools, or processes related to or accessible through the Services.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts access to the Services or hinders their proper operation, or that could potentially harm the Services, emailverify, or other users.
• Gather, collect, or store any information from the Site, including email addresses or other personal data, by any means.
• Otherwise violate these Terms or any applicable additional terms

Service Reliability and Accuracy

Notwithstanding that we attempt to keep information on the Site current, We strive to ensure the Services are accessible and accurate but cannot guarantee they will always be available, free from errors, or completely accurate. We continuously improve our products and services, which may result in delays in updating the information about the Services. The Services may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, and some features may be unavailable or updated without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

Pricing and Payment

The Services are offered on a prepaid credit system, where users must purchase credits in advance to access and utilize the available features and functionalities. One credit gives you the eligibility to use the Services to check the validity of one email address. All fees are in US Dollars and non-refundable.

• Credits must be purchased before use
• All sales are final
• Any unused credits shall automatically expire at the end of specific time period.
• Unused credits may be deactivated for non-payment.
• Email validation services. Unless other payment fees are agreed upon by the Parties, Customer is responsible for payment of all fees and charges in accordance with the pricing terms shown on Plan & Pricing.

We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to: issues with product or service availability, inaccuracies in product or service descriptions or pricing, errors in your order, or suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal transactions.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties,We are available on a month-to-month subscription basis. Customer may cancel their subscriptions at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the billing section of the account, locating the subscription they wish to cancel and clicking the cancel button. Customers may also cancel by contacting support at support@emailverify.io for assistance in canceling their subscription. The cancellation will be processed for the next scheduled bill date. No refunds are provided for any charges incurred or processed prior to Customer’s cancellation of their subscription.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity we deem unacceptable. Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability. If such termination occurs, the Customer will not be eligible for any refund, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.

Third Party Services

We may use third-party services to process payments made through the Site. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to share this information (including, without limitation, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and CVV) with these third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You also confirm and guarantee that:

1. You have the legal authority to use the payment card information you are providing on the Site.
2. The information you provide is accurate, complete, and correct.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions. emailverify.io is not responsible for third-party services or disputes. We highly recommend that you review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you access.

Indemnification

You agree to protect, compensate, and absolve EmailVerify, along with its partners, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) that arise from: .

1. Your use of the Services, whether by you or anyone using your account and password.
2. Any violation of these Terms.
3. Any content you share or post on the Services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emailverify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

• The Services are free of viruses or other harmful components

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
